IsoPoint is 12Ah DC-only — great for USB charging, 12V accessories, and LED lighting. IsoBase is the same battery with an optional 400W AC inverter module added. IsoWatt is the full 100Ah system with dual AC outlets, dual USB-C, full breaker protection, and enough capacity to run a diesel heater, fridge, or power tools for extended periods.
LiFePO4 (lithium iron phosphate) is chemically stable — it doesn't thermally runaway the way lithium-ion can. It also has 2,000+ charge cycles vs ~500 for lithium-ion, tolerates being stored at partial charge, and operates safely across a wider temperature range. The tradeoff is lower energy density, but for portable power stations it's the right chemistry every time.
You submit a reservation through the configurator or contact form. We confirm within 24 hours and collect a 50% deposit to lock in your build slot. Your unit is then assembled and load-tested — typically 2–4 weeks. Balance is collected at pickup or before shipping. The deposit is fully refundable within 72 hours of reservation.
Both. Local pickup is available in Lebanon, PA and is recommended for the IsoWatt 100 due to size and weight. IsoPoint and IsoBase can be shipped anywhere in the US — shipping cost is calculated based on destination and added to the final invoice.

Every unit is load-tested before delivery. If something is wrong out of the box, we make it right — full stop. Longer-term warranty terms are being formalized. When you buy from IsoWatt, you're buying from the person who built it, and that person is reachable.
